- A few years ago I bought Indigo Ocean Dreams to help my son, who has both ADHD and anxiety, learn to relax, decrease his anxiety and increase his self-esteem. His favorite story on the CD is Bubble Riding so I was thrilled when Lori Lite wrote this companion book. HE LOVES IT! And I love it! It is so beautiful to look at – even the pictures elicit relaxation! My son reports it is so “soothing” and “fun”. The whole story is fantastic and highly recommended. - I fell in love with Lori Lite’s books from the first time I saw them. They were exactly what I had been searching for since I began conducting psychotherapy with children.
