STRESS FREE KIDS RETURN POLICY

Note to Customer:

Since 2003 we have had 3 exchanges and 2 returns. Customers are very happy with the product and delighted at the service. I thought I would share this before you read our return/exchange policy.

Refunds Permitted:

We accept returns for physical products only. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30-days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. Items received beyond 30-days are not eligible for a refund but can be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser cost at our discretion.

Upon receipt of the returned item we will credit your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Exchanges

Digital products (downloads) can only be exchanged for a product of equal of lesser value within 30 days form the date of purchase.

In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at orders@stressfreekids.com with details of the product and the defect.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
