Downloading the individual lesson plans from the Stress Free Kids Curriculum makes it simple and easy to begin teaching these stress management techniques.
Tips for a successful download experience:
- Downloads should only be attempted with HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS for optimum results.
- Once the download process begins you should not click away from the page.
- Files need to be unzipped by right clicking on the ICON and clicking SAVE.
(It’s recommended to SAVE to your desktop for easy access)
Receiving your Download
Once you complete the checkout process you will receive a confirmation screen with a summary of your purchase including a live link(s) for any download products. You will also receive a separate email receipt with the same live link.
*If your download receipt does not arrive check your spam filter. If you cannot find it or you let the link expire (3 days) please email us for another link.
Downloading your file
To download the lesson plan to your PC computer, click on the live link; choose SAVE file only and save it to your desktop. Once the file is downloaded unzip the file. To download the lesson plans to your MAC computer, click on the link and the folder will be sent to your downloads area located under VIEW/show downloads or on the upper right part of your Safari tool bar.
